food distribution for Syrian refugees

MEET BASSAM

“I was working in another job before this one opened up to be the Manager for food distribution for Syrian refugees in Lebanon at my church. I prayed for a month before I took it.
We help each month with food assistance between 500 and 1,500 families, who have been here for many years and are struggling in Lebanon. Many of these families were living a comfortable life and so it is really hard for them to come and accept help.
I think it helps that I myself am a Syrian refugee.
The items inside a food box are usually enough for a few weeks. This box is a blessing for a household. It is a small offering but it makes a big difference. “

This food box is a blessing for a household. It is a small offering but it makes a big difference.
