Supporting people affected by the war in Lebanon
Today, we are living through a painfully familiar scenario.
Since March 2, 2026, hostilities have resumed between Hezbollah and Israel,
and hundreds of thousands of people are still displaced and in desperate need of help.
As the conflict escalates yet again with no clear end in sight,
our team and our local partners are mobilizing to stand alongside displaced families,
as we have been doing steadily for the past two years and half already.
Pray with us
So far in 2026, we have supported 20,000 individuals in 5,000 conflict-affected households with:

BLANKETS AND MATTRESSES
16800
blankets and mattresses
The first people we turned to for help were the team from the church. Right away, they sent mattresses and blankets. Since then, they have remained active in supporting displaced families. They are helping meet many needs and are playing an important role in easing the severity of the crisis we are facing.

CLOTHING ITEMS
23000
jackets, tracksuits, socks and underwear
We received jackets, underwear and socks, diapers and feminine pads, as well as hygiene kits. This was very useful because I cannot afford such things anymore these days. We have nothing at home and our situation is increasingly vulnerable. Despite the ceasefire, we never feel safe and we are scared all the time. We get triggered very easily.

HYGIENE ITEMS
29000
hygiene kits, diapers packs, feminine pads
We received blankets, feminine pads and hygiene kits. The people from the team are just amazing. They are really working for God. I thank God there are people like them, supporting people like us in such a difficult time and in such a wonderful way, with all respect and courtesy. Their love is genuine and their support and presence lift our spirits. They make us feel like we matter.
How we helped war-affected families in 2024 and 2025

WINTER ITEMS
16000
blankets and mattresses
Everything we got is helpful. But the best thing is the mattresses – they’re the perfect thing to give people that are displaced. Many of us are staying with relatives who don’t have the space for us. Being able to bring our own mattresses that can be brought out at night and put away in the morning helps us feel like we’re less of a burden to our hosts.

FOOD ASSISTANCE
14000
food parcels
Everyone who came from our village took food boxes from the church, which help a lot because families have nothing and food here in Beirut is very expensive. It is a huge support, especially to large families with many children.

HYGIENE ITEMS
75000
hygiene kits, diapers packs, feminine pads
What keeps us going is the calling to respond to the needs of people in need like our Lord commands. At the same time, we Lebanese people are very attached to our land. We don’t want to abandon our country and leave. No matter how tough things become, we are certain that the Lord is with us and we believe in the promise that He will never abandon us. If we have any hope at all, our hope is in God’s word.
